Responsibilities:

1) Plan Monthly door to door book distribution camps

2) Maintain the book Inventory, Japa Mala, Bags etc.. upto date

3) Order books on time if the stock is low

4) Conduct special book distribution drives on special occasions like Janmastami, Ramnavami, Gita Jayanti, New year etc..
 

Prasadam Committee:

Responsibilities:

1) Plan the menu for every program

2) Maintain the good quality, use only homemade ingredients. Avoid processed foods like Tomato Puree, garlic paste etc.., avoid using same oil for multiple times.

3) While serving maintain standards. 

4) Maintain cleanliness all the time

 

Sankirtan Committee: 

Chairman: HG Sashank Koti Krishna das

Co-Chairman: HG Kalindi Gopi Kantha Priya dd

Responsibilities:

1) Conduct Kirtan Practice sessions every Saturday

2) Train all the interested devotees for Kirtans

3) Help the team to order required music instruments on time

4) Increase more number of Kirtan programs like every Sunday after Prasadam, Ekadasi Kirtans, Home Kirtans, BV kirtans etc..
 

Devotee Care Committee:

Responsibilities:

1) If any devotee in the emergency / Health issues, help them in travel and prasadam

2) If any devotee need any guidance related to job, health, household activities provide necessary contacts and give a helping hand

3) If any devotee needs a ride to our BV programs, Sunday Feast Program, Book Distribution Program etc.. arrange transportation

4) Arrange transportation & Prasadam for Congregation Visiting Guest Speakers
 

Congregation Development Committee:

Responsibilities:

1) Identify the needs of current congregation and take necessary actions to fulfill the current needs

2) Identify expansion possibilities, plan and execute the new expansions

3) Built happy and healthy relations between congregation members

4) Plan outreach programs like Damodar programs, Purushottam Mas programs, Gita Jayanti Special Courses etc..
 

Sunday Vedic Scholl Committee:

Responsibilities:

1) Create the innovative materials for Gurukul classes.

2) Conduct Parent Teacher meeting for every 3 months and understand the concerns of  the Parents and change the teaching methodologies accordingly

3) If any kid is absent for more than 3 weeks, call the parents and encourage them attend the classes.

4) Conduct Cultural presentations with all the kids for every three months

5) Give additional support and care for Teenage youth kids
 

Communication Committee:

Responsibilities:

1) Creating flyers for the planned programs

2) Send the invitations through email, Facebook, WhatsApp

3) Collect new contacts and add them to mailing list, WhatsApp group

4) Post the videos, reels on social media platforms

 

Fund Raising & Finance Committee:

Responsibilities:

1) Create the budget plan for the year

2) Identify possible fund-raising avenues

3) Encourage all the devotees to contribute in their capacity

4) Generate year end donation receipts and delivery them to all donors

5) Establish good relations with CSRs, Charitable trusts, Successful business people etc..
